Refund Policy

Bloom Educational Services values your time and commitment to student success.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty.
• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable.
• Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Scholarship-funded sessions must follow the guidelines and policies established by the scholarship provider.
• If a session is canceled by Bloom Educational Services, clients will be offered a rescheduled session or full refund.
