Hi, I’m Tracy Flowers, founder of Bloom Educational Services and a certified Florida educator with over 11 years of experience supporting learners from VPK through high school.
I specialize in Exceptional Student Education, reading intervention, ELA support, math intervention, and school readiness. My passion is helping students feel confident, supported, and capable of success.
